This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store.

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major cities (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town): 2–5 business days

  • Regional / outlying areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or high order volumes

We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

We currently ship within South Africa.
